# HookTXT

> HookTXT (Technologies HookTXT Inc., Sherbrooke, Québec, Canada) designs, builds and runs custom multi-agent AI systems that answer customer questions, qualify leads and book appointments or sales 24/7 on a business's website and messaging channels, in English and French. It is a done-for-you service with human hand-off, not a self-serve chatbot builder or a developer API.

Each HookTXT system is a team of specialised agents (for example a router, a knowledge agent, a sales agent and a lead-scoring agent) trained on the client's products and connected to their CRM, inventory or booking tools, with live dashboards for the client and their sales team. Typical implementation takes 2-4 weeks. Pricing is custom (monthly subscription based on conversation volume, features and level of human support); there is no public price list.

How an agent should use this site:

- Every page is available as Markdown at the same URL: request it with `Accept: text/markdown`, or append `.md` to the path (`https://hooktxt.com/index.md` for the home page). French pages live under `/fr`.
